The Riverside Sons of the American Revolution Color Guard

The purpose of the Riverside Chapter, Sons
of the American Revolution Color Guard, is
to serve the community with Color Guard
ceremonies, participate in parades,
pageants, Educational and History Day
Events, National and Patriotic Holidays, and
to rally interest particularly among young
people in learning about Colonial life, the
Declaration of Independence, the
Revolutionary War,  the Founding Fathers,
and the United States Constitution.

The Riverside Chapter Sons of the
American Revolution is made up of Active
Members in good standing and or Associate
Members in good standing. There is no
discrimination of age or sex and is at the
discretion of the Board of Directors/Officers.

The Color Guard Coordinator for the
Riverside Chapter, Sons of the American
Revolution is: Roger Cooper. Roger Cooper
can coordinate any Color Guard request. He

The Riverside Chapter of the Sons of the
American Revolution Color Guard has done
combine events with the
Redlands Chapter
Color Guard of the Sons of the American
Revolution..
Members in good standing of other Sons of the
American Revolution Chapters are welcome to  
participate in the Riverside Chapter's Color
Guard activities upon request.

Anyone that may have an interest in being a
member of the Riverside Chapter's Color Guard
and can not qualify as a certified member may
apply to the Riverside Chapter's Board of
Directors/Officers to be an Associate Member.

Many members of the Riverside
English Country
Dancers are Associate Members of the
Riverside Chapter of the Sons of the American
Revolution and participate in many of the
Riverside Chapter's Color Guard activities.
